SamNav does not index or republish full posts.
The purpose of the site is to help readers find, browse, and move through Sam Altman's public blog. It is not a mirror, archive clone, or replacement for the original source.
SamNav indexes public-safe metadata only, including:
- post titles
- publication dates
- original URLs
- short excerpts
- summaries
- topics
- reading time
- word count
- related-post references
- Navigation Severity Scores
The indexing scripts may use full text locally to classify, summarize, and organize posts. That local processing data is not published as part of the public site.
The public index does not include:
- full post bodies
- raw scraped article text
- private or non-public material
- comments
- subscriber-only content
- external pages linked from posts
- media files beyond what is needed to identify or describe a post
Every post page on SamNav points back to the original post. If you want to read the writing itself, the original blog is the destination. SamNav is just the shelf label, not the book.
